These Messaging Terms govern the SMS text messages FlowBook sends to you with your consent. By opting in you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

When you opt in, FlowBook sends transactional SMS messages related to your bookings — appointment confirmations, reminders, and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our online booking form. The box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — typically one message per appointment (confirmation and reminder).

4. Opt-out and help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply START to opt back in.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. FlowBook does not charge for the messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to deliver these messages and is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
