These Terms govern your use of FlowBook and the booking services provided through it.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
FlowBook is an online booking and business-management platform that lets businesses (such as salons and spas) offer appointment scheduling, reminders, payments, and related features to their customers. FlowBook provides the software; the business you book with is responsible for the services it actually delivers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the service.
4. Payments, deposits & cancellations
Prices, deposits, refunds, no-show, and cancellation policies are set by the business you book with. When a deposit is required, it is collected at the time of booking through our payment provider (Stripe). Refunds and cancellations follow that business’s policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBook is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of the businesses that use the platform.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
