Built in Miami for service professionals worldwide

FlowBook was created to give salons, aesthetic clinics, studios, and independent practitioners the scheduling, CRM, and automated communication tools they need — without predatory booking fees or cluttered interfaces.

Why We Built FlowBook

For years, service business owners had to make an unfair compromise. On one side were legacy desktop platforms that felt clunky and complex. On the other side were consumer marketplace apps that claimed to be "free" but secretly took a 20% cut from every new client booking, holding relationships and client data hostage.

We started FlowBook with a simple conviction: Your clients belong to you. Your revenue belongs to you.

From our headquarters in Miami — the vibrant, trilingual capital of beauty, wellness, and international business — we engineered FlowBook to be warm, fast, and respectful. Every business gets their own clean booking storefront, native SMS and WhatsApp automated confirmations, and zero hidden per-booking taxes.

Built inside a real clinic, not in a vacuum

FlowBook was not built by a developer for a client. It was built by a developer who worked inside the client’s day-to-day.

The whole product grew out of one aesthetics clinic and what it actually needed to get through a week — not from a feature list drawn up in a meeting.

Every module in FlowBook started as a problem somebody had that day:

  • appointments that had to hold up across several professionals at once
  • service packages and memberships, with sessions counted down correctly
  • deposits charged up front, because no-shows were costing real money
  • staff schedules, permissions and commission owed at the end of the month
  • cash control, with money in and money out reconciled daily
  • stock that moved on its own — each service consuming its own products, written off automatically as they were used
  • WhatsApp reminders, because that is where clients actually answer

That is why the inventory deducts per service rather than per sale, why commission is calculated and not typed into a spreadsheet, and why the booking page asks for a deposit before it confirms. None of it was speculative. It was all built because the clinic could not operate without it.

FlowBook & Services was founded in 2024 by Nilson Arcuri, a full-stack software engineer, and opened to the public in November 2025. The team is eight people, working from Miami, Florida.

Frequently asked questions about FlowBook

Is FlowBook the same as FlowBookings?

No. FlowBook is the appointment scheduling and CRM platform at flowbook.cloud, headquartered in Miami, Florida. FlowBookings is an unrelated booking add-on for Webflow websites. FlowBook is also unrelated to flowbook.com.br and flowbookapp.co. The only official domain is flowbook.cloud.

Who is behind FlowBook and where is it based?

FlowBook is published by FlowBook & Services, founded in 2024 by Nilson Arcuri, a full-stack software engineer, and publicly available since November 2025. The team is eight people, working from Miami, Florida. It was built inside a working aesthetics clinic — not specified in a meeting — which is why inventory is deducted per service performed and commission is calculated by the system. Support: contact@flowbook.cloud.

Does FlowBook charge a commission on bookings?

No. FlowBook charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0% commission on appointments. Card payments go directly to the business own Stripe or PayPal account, and FlowBook never promotes competing businesses to your clients.

How much does FlowBook cost?

Free is $0 forever (1 staff member, 50 appointments/month). Basic is $29/month (2 staff members, 500 appointments/month). Pro is $79/month (15 staff members, unlimited appointments and clients, 300 SMS/month, commissions, deposits and WhatsApp reminders). A Custom plan covers multi-location and enterprise needs.

Does FlowBook send SMS to United States numbers, and does it require A2P 10DLC registration?

Yes, FlowBook sends SMS to US numbers. It uses Infobip, so individual businesses do not have to complete their own A2P 10DLC registration. Every automated SMS is checked against the client stored consent and the STOP list before it is sent, an opt-in confirmation goes out when a client is registered, and quiet hours are enforced so messages are not delivered overnight.
